In the heart of an unsuspecting small town, a secluded shopping mall stands as a gathering place for the community. Little do the shoppers know, a sinister presence lies dormant within its walls.

A close-knit family, struggling to find harmony between their own personal trials, decides to treat themselves to a special dinner at the mall's newly opened restaurant. Unbeknownst to them, the seemingly inviting establishment has a dark secret. The family is served a cursed meal, unleashing a malevolent force that transforms them into monstrous beings with none-stop appetites for destruction.

As chaos ensues within the mall, a group of strangers find themselves trapped inside during an unexpected event. An airplane hijacking is abruptly halted by an unforeseen turn of events - the birth of a tiyanak, a demon child.

Now, these wide individuals must band together to survive the nightmarish horrors that manifest within the mall's confines. With the snake-like creature stalking its prey, the monstrous family hunting for their next victims, and the tiyanak wreaking havoc, their only hope lies in discovering the mall's dark history and finding a way to break the curses that bind them all.
